Chaitanya Prasad Sahoo, aged 62 years, Chaitanya Prasad Sahoo, having experience of 35+ years in the field of Thermal power Sector. He holds degree in mechanical Engineer from College of Engineering & Technology, Bhubaneswar and joined NTPC as an Executive Engineering Trainee in 1985. He is certified lead auditor in ISO 9001 & ISO system implementation. He completed one-year PGDBM course on leadership from Harvard Business School.

He worked at various levels in commissioning, operation & Maintenance in NTPC at Korba & Vindhyachal Units and resolved many Engineering issues as an individual & in teams. A certified lead auditor and during his tenure, introduced best practices through ISO at NTPC. He had served NTPC for 24 years at various levels before joining to Adani Power Limited in 2009.

As a core team at Adani Power Mundra successfully completed the commissioning of 1st Super Critical (Thermal) Unit and the largest single location Thermal Station of India. In 2011 shifted to Adani Power Maharashtra Limited, Tiroda as O&M head and successfully carried out Commissioning of 5 x 660 MW Supercritical Thermal Units. Further as station Head, lead a strong Team for successful operation of all five units. After that he shifted to Head office at Ahmedabad in the year of 2019 as a Head Thermal O&M, he is responsible for operation of all thermal power stations (capacity of 13610 MW) of Adani Power. Recently took charge of AIMSL as a CEO.

Mr. Kunjal Mehta is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant with over 24 years of work experience across various sectors, such as Power, Steel, Ports and logistics, Technology & ITES sectors. In his previous positions, he has worked with Adani Electricity, Adani Ports & SEZ and Essar Steel.

His expertise lies in the domains of Finance Resource Mobilization, Working Capital Management, Financial Planning & Analysis, Auditing & Budgetary Controls, Compliance and Risk Management functions of Business. Mr. Kunjal Mehta is a Chief Financial Officer of Adani Energy Solutions Limited, the holding Company.

Nihar Raj, aged 44 years, is an Electrical Engineer and Alumni of The George Washington University, School of Business(Project Management Program).

Mr. Nihar Raj brings with him over 20 plus years of rich experience in power systems and manages the O&M portfolio of India’s largest private transmission utility. He has led many digital transformation & 5S initiatives, involved in various failure analysis and solution conceptualization, ISO implementation, and have working experience of leading P&L across geographies. He has published many technical papers at National and International level and is member of CIGRE India, CBIP ( Central Board of Irrigation and Power).

He is also CIGRE India Chairman for National study committee B3 on Substations and Electrical Installations.

Prior to Joining Adani Transmission Limited, Mr. Nihar Raj has worked with ABB in various management roles (locally and globally). His immediate past assignment was as Head for Power Consulting Business at ABB for Asia region.

Mrs Chitra Bhatnagar, aged 63 years, is a Gynaecologist and Obstetrician by profession having MBBS and MD degree from Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal University. Mrs Bhatnagar was in active medical practice for more than 25 years. She also worked for slum children with NGOs like Bal Vikas Dhara, Delhi. She has been associated with Adani Foundation for last 12 years, providing voluntary and honorary service to the underprivileged section of society in medical field. Mrs. Bhatnagar is on the board of several Adani Group companies.

Mr Jay Shah, aged 65 years, is a commerce graduate with 38 years of marketing experience in the field of international trade, development and strategy. His involvement with the group has been since inception and pivotal in its growth.

He has vast experience with marketing strategies, development and implementation of business strategies, internal & external communication skills, and customer relationship management.
